Since our founding, we have based our management on a strong belief that "there is no CS (customer satisfaction) without ES (employee satisfaction)," and have made "hands-on and action-oriented approach" the axis of management, where we think and act together with our employees.

Based on our unique thermal technology, which is our greatest strength, we have been working on the development of original thermal devices. We aim to be a "company that contributes to society through temperature control" not just to make products, but to make products from the perspective of a system manufacturer.

In expanding overseas, in response to the globalization of automobile manufacturers, we are making full use of the know-how we have cultivated over the years and supplying products to local automobile manufacturers from our manufacturing bases in North America and ASEAN, as well as from our joint venture in India.

We are also working on product development that combines our strengths in mechanical and electronic technologies, and will contribute to carbon neutrality by expanding our range of products that are environmentally friendly in total.

We will continue to challenge ourselves to develop advanced technologies that are applicable worldwide, and grow with the aim of becoming a global company that "contributes to people and society."

Basic Policy

Based on the conviction that "Where there is no employee satisfaction (ES), there is no customer satisfaction (CS)," to develop, produce and market products of originality and attraction in order to contribute to the people and community.

Targets

Every worker, with genuine understanding of the management philosophy, is engaged in work in concerted effort and the company contributes to the people and community.
